Shipping Policy

We ship all orders through registered domestic courier partners and/or India Post Speed Post services only. We aim to provide a reliable and timely delivery experience for all customers.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 7 days from the date of order and/or successful payment.

  • In some cases, dispatch timelines may vary based on:

    • Product availability

    • High-volume seasons

    • Operational or logistical delays

  • Any special delivery timeline promised during order confirmation will override the standard period.


2. Delivery Time & Responsibility

  • Delivery time depends on the courier company / postal service and their operational norms.

  • The Platform Owner shall not be liable for delays caused by:

    • Courier company delays

    • Postal service issues

    • Weather conditions

    • Natural calamities

    • Strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen events

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.


3. Delivery Address

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

  • Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed if the order has already been dispatched.


4. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery confirmation (for purchased products or digital services) will be sent to your registered email ID provided at the time of account creation or checkout.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated at checkout.

  • Shipping charges, if applied, are non-refundable, except in cases where the order is canceled prior to dispatch due to our inability to fulfill it.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners generally make 1–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the buyer is unavailable:

    • The package may be returned to the seller,

    • A re-shipping fee may apply for resending the order.


7. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details may be provided (depending on courier partner availability).

  • You can track your shipment through the courier company’s website.
